Keep grabbing and selling ships until you can pick up a Clipper or Argosy, then kit it out with Frag grenades and as many bunks as possible and farm bigger ships. There are a myriad of ways to start making money in the game, but i've found going STRAIGHT down to Aldhibain in a shuttle with extra bunk rooms and a missile launcher is the fastest start. So I've sort of fine-tuned a fast and easy method of progression and fleet management in the game that doesn't appear to be commonly used from the threads I've been seeing, so I thought I'd make a post about it and include some very helpful tricks and game features I've learned since picking up this game since it launched a few years ago, specifically regarding the Korath.
